i enjoyed the ship's rich history. it was like stepping back in time, with memorabilia around every corner. the staff were helpful, always ready with a smile and information. the food allergen labeling in the lido restaurant was excellent, a thoughtful touch. (i especially appreciated the detailed list) the free parking was also a big plus.
navigating the ship proved a little confusing initially. the layout requires some exploration to fully grasp, especially with ongoing refurbishments and occasional locked doors. i did find my way around eventually though.

The staff were cute and professional. They communicated effectively and addressed our questions politely. Each time we asked for assistance at the desk, the staff were really nice too ensure we obtained shuttle, taxi, and location information. The breakfast at lido offered cappuccino. I enjoyed it. I would go back.

i found the ship's history really interesting. i also appreciated free parking (a definite plus!). the staff were always polite and helpful. breakfast at lido was a delight, especially the cappuccino.
I had to navigate some fencing to reach the marina.
